EBS AGM - confused on vote

I am a member of the EBS and have read through the threads on EBS and the memberships bill on AAM but am still unclear about it and the full implications.

I received the letter about the AGM and the option to vote yes or no- "To adopt a special resolution to amend the Society's memorandum and rules as set out in section 1'

I am keen to understand what the options entail. If anyone could spell it out in simple terms it would be much appreciated!!
 
Eh? Wasn't this year's AGM already held a few months back? Or are they holding an EGM that I haven't heard about?

Its an on sept 6th.. just looking at the letter now, and its a SGM instead of an AGM!
 
Ah - haven't got my notification yet so. I can only assume that it's to deal with some rule change relating to the recent legislative changes?
