Easy Screed or concrete for Underfloor Heating

Hey all im about to start a new build and want peoples opinion on what type of floor they have when they have underfloor heating, I have priced easy screed which is €22 per m2 and a concrete floor is a third of this roughly, so suggestions welcomed
