Easiest & cheapest way to sell a share certificate

Dear All,

Some 5 years ago while working for a 'microcap' Irish plc I purchased shares which I am now looking to redeem. Given that these are the only shares I hold (or am likley to hold in the immediate future) I am looking for some advice as to the easiest most cost effective way to go about the sale process. I believe feXco are v.good but the process may be a bit laborious for just one share cert - on the other hand I heard any AIB Branch provide such a service and are quite user friendly (albeit expensive). The value of the shares is currently shy of €5k ... any thoughts most welcome ....

That's v useful - would ideally like to compare & contrast with the AIB branch option also (for ease of service and admin speed more than cost) ...

AIB use Goodbody according to [broken link removed] in case that's of any use.
