Yes definitely agree, there is considerably less of them around in last couple of years. Bought a new one in May of this year but when we were looking in new developments, they were scarce
If your looking for spacious Duplexes, try Verdemont. I've noticed there are one or two up for sale in that area. We were looking for the same and found that on some of the estate agent websites and My Home there were simply calling them Apartments. The Verdemont property is centrally located and has fab communal gardens.
