Dublinbikes query

Do you know ..

.. when you have an annual subscription with dublinbikes, do you have to have your card to use the service, or does the subscriber ID & PIN suffice ?

I subscribed and received an automated e-mail reply to say it'll be up to 2 weeks before they have sent out my card. I raised this query with the 'Contact Us' section on their website and have yet to receive a reply.

You need the card as you hold it up to the validator first... then you input your ID etc
