dublin to nante

Hi,
I am trying to find flights from Dublin to Nante but the cheaper flights seem to be from Dub to Heathrow and then from gatwick on to Nante. How would we get from heathrow to gatwick?

(The direct charter flight from shannon doesn't suit us either)

How about Aer Arann Waterford to Lorient in an hour and then train to Nantes?
