There are a lot of Qs here about small businesses, and the DCEB has a webpage - for those who have had their basic queries answered - which details lots of useful courses for start-ups and small businesses. Courses are on anything from How to Write a Business Plan to Marketing and from half-days to 8 weeks........also gives details of networking events.

(I've nothing to do with the DCEB, just found this & thought it might be useful to others)

I would endorse Gordanus's comments but should point out that there are 3 other Enterprise Boards in the Greater Dublin Region. They are Fingal, South Dublin & Dun Laoghaire Rathdown. Boards also exist to cover every County in the republic. Clients must come from the relevant region where the business is based. All run differing programmes & events. They also are the main funders/promoters of the excellent Plato programme for those owner/managers who have developed beyond the "start up years" & want to further develop their business skills.
