Curious whats the going rate for, a one-bed city centre, two-bed city centre, and thirdly roughly how much is a parking space worth in central Dublin.
 
You really should check with an estate agent or check some of their sites at least eg www.hok.ie www.hookemacdonald.ie and www.myhome.ie

I recently bought a 2 bed app outside the city centre which should be ready around the end of Arpil (Dublin 13) and in that development 1 bed were starting from around €190k to €195k and 2 beds were from €255k - these included parking spaces but city centre would probably be more and parking spaces may cost more.
 
Searching myhome for 1 & 2 bed apartments in North & South Dublin city centre returned 50 results. You could search myhome (and remax,daft.ie etc) to refine these results further.
