Dry-Lining Midterrace & SEI grant

Hi,

I wish to apply for the SEI grant to insulate a mid-terraced property. The property plasterboarded but not insulated. Does anybody know if it is possibily to get the SEI grant to dry-line/insulate the property if I only insulate the exterior walls which are not adjoing my neighbours.

This is a terrace so surely by definition your exterior walls adjoin your neighbours?

You only have to insulate the front and rear walls. The shared party walls do not require drylining.
