draft around velux window

hi,
I have a velux window in a bedroom and if you stand under it, there is a draft coming from it. It seems to be coming from around the opening part of the window rather than where the window meets the ceiling, if that makes sense. Is this normal, and if not, any ideas as to the cause of it. It seems to me like the window is not airtight when closed.

Have the same problem especially on a windy day - its driving me nuts!

Take a look at my post here in Homes and Gardens, Misemoll. The one about the seal on the ventilation flap of my Velux window. Sounds like it might be the same problem.
