hi, looking for a piece of advice,

been living in ireland for a few years now and working from home for a UK based company, i'm just paying UK taxes (PAYE and National Insurance) but resident here all the time,

Do i need to change over the the Irish tax system? or does the Double taxation agreement between Ireland and UK mean i can live in Ireland and pay my tax in the UK like i have been doing for years.

thanks for any help

If you are domiciled and/or resident for tax purposes in Ireland then you will need to pay tax in Ireland. This can be a tricky area so you should at least look at [broken link removed] and the [broken link removed] and also consider getting independent, professional advice on what's necessary and beneficial in this context.
