Great spot. Never had a problem there. Two good bus routes (29a and 27) into city. Dart only 15 mins walk and probably less when that new development across the road opens the new station. Work in the airport so travelling to and from is stress free. M50 and M1 in 10 minutes give / take. Any questions, fire away.
 
Hi All,
I am considering buying a flat in Grattan Wood. Could you advise if the area is safe (outside the estate). I would be moving in with my wife and 16-month old son, I am therefore looking for a safe and nice neighborhood. I know that some individuals in council estates in Belmayne and Donahies have been causing troubles. Has it changed much since 2006?
