You need to give a little bit more info.
When did your father die? Who is the executor? Do you believe you are a beneficiary? is there any reason why you may not be a beneficiary? Are any steps being taken by anyone to deal with your fathers estate?
Have you asked the lawyer who is involved?
In general terms, once the executor starts to take steps to deal with the estate, the beneficiaries should be notified that they are to benefit.
