Does the incomy levy cert have an affect on your form 11

I am filling out the online form 11 at the moment and am wandering if my income levy cert will have any effect on the figures entered. So far I have just entered my gross income earned and tax paid from my p60.......ok I have just found the section on the form 11 where you enter income levy info, but my gross income on my income levy cert is more than my p60 gross income??

The Gross income for Income Levy purposes is BEFORE deducting pension payments, unlike for PAYE purposes
