Just confirmed with Pepper that they do not pay anything. And they never have.
Last year, they ran a promotion for investment properties where they reduced their own legal fees from €1,550 to €50.
I have emailed them for an explanation.
I presume that it is pointless referring it to the Central Bank. Does the ASAI have any say over online media?
