Does living abroad (Spain) and working remotely (for an Irish company) for 6 months have any tax implications for a PAYE employee or their employer?

Hoping to move abroad for 6 months or more this year and continue working as a PAYE employee for an Irish Company.

Essentially business as usual only I will be living abroad. Just want to make sure there are no tax implications for me or the company.
