Does BitTorrent work on Vista Home Premium?

Does BitTorrent work on Vista Home Premium?

I am new to BitTorrent (have never used it before), when I checked the down load software for BitTorrent it does not seem to mention Vista compatability???

Any advice appreciated.

Im sure it does.I use uTorrent and it works fine.

For any program that doesnt quite work with Vista Here is a workaround

Right click the .exe file and Select Properties

Select the Compatability Tab
Select Run Program as Windows XP SP2
Select All Users
Select Run Program As Windows XP SP2


I've left out the Grant Access Prompts for clarity. You will need to select Yes to each Access Prompt

This doesnt work for all programs but is worth a try if the program is behaving as it should in Vista

I am using uTorrents on vista without any difficulty
