I see Jay Bourke is to open the Quinns pub in Drumcondra next year from an article in the independent. This is great news and big kudos to him for getting back up off his feet again, I think alot of his problems stemmed from covid and the enforced closure of pubs.
However he was declared bankrupt in 2022 I think with debts of 550.000 euros to revenue according to an article in the irish times last march.
The question is if you are declared bankrupt do debts to revenue get dissolved the same as every other creditor?
