@jdwex - Many thanks. I'll send that back to them. It means communicating by letter which is the only drawback but I guess at least the owners will take it hopefully take it more seriously.
 
Do you know who the company secretary for the OMC is? It may be worthwhile CCing the letter you send to the Managing Agent to them.
A Company Printout costs 3.50 on Core/CRO and it will have the names and addresses of the directors of the OMC

So just received an excel spreadsheet with name date of membership and date stating current. No address or contact details. Is this an official document or do they just have to keep a record as flimsy as this ?
Actually they probably will say their address is the apartment number.

Obviously that won't be the case for owners who rent their units out or are otherwise not resident there.

According to this post it looks like you should be entitled to contact addresses/details.

Sounds great in the text here, but I am not so sure how close to reality this process is for many owners' lived experiences.

Look up the secretary of the OMC on the CRO web site. It should be on the company report ( 3 euro I think). Some OMCs just use the Managing Agent as the Company Secretary. I'd address any correpondence on the issue to the Company Secretary of (my OMC CLG) , the person/entity acting in that role is responsible for the register.
