Do i pay to much tax? Please help.

So recently i got promoted, and now from 8.65 it jump to 10euro p/h (not much but its something ) And i see big changes in my payslip. Try to make it as short as possible.

Based on 36.50 hours (found 2 matched payslips)

When i get 8.65 p/h​

When i get 10 p/h​

Total gross 315.73​

Total gross 365​

PAYE -0.33​

PAYE 9.53​

USC 9.00​

USC 12.45​

PRSI ee 0.00​

PRSI ee 14.60​

Payment 307.36​

Payment 328.42​

PRSI er 13.42​

PRSI er 39.24​

And one more thing i noticed PRSI class, change every few months, not depending from p/h rate, is it ok?

so for an increase of 1.35 per hour...you actually get only 57 cents extra per hour after tax...unfortunately sounds about right.

Ya you have moved into the higher rate PRSI Band so now you pay 4% on all your salary, you would not have paid anything previously.
