Do EBS offer Interest Only??

Does anybody know if EBS allow Interest Only? And if so, what is the maximum period they will allow it?

Bumping this up as I had a query on this for someone else. Do EBS allow people to move to interest only (on their PPR, on standard variable currently)?

talking to EBS at the moment about switching to interst only,will let yee know more when i know more

Very much depends on your situation and the equity in your house. One person might get it, the next wont. You will have to contact them to find out, no one on here can tell you for sure.
