If you go bankrupt and also have to enter a 3 year IPO.

If after the 12 months bankruptcy can you set up a limited company and pay yourself a salary that beneath the RLE? If you pay yourself dividends from the compnay also on top of the salary, does this take you above the RLE?

I ask because I know that windfalls are excluded after bankruptcy.
i.e. if in a 3 year IPO but post-bankruptcy then I believe you can win the lottery and keep it as it is considered a 'windfall' (whereas you would have to give it up if it was won during the 12 month bankruptcy period)

Would dividends from your limited company also be considered a windfall and therefore out of reach rom the OA?

Dividends from a limited company would be categorised as income for the purposes of calculating an IPO.
