DIY Divorce

I am legally seperated since 1999 and I want to go ahead now and hopefully be able to do a DIY divorce. I have all the forms I need but I am a bit stuck on the 'Affidavit of welfare'

My son from my marriage is now 21 years old and I have a child from a new relationship.

As my son is now an adult do I need to include him on this form?
As my other child is not from the marriage, should they be included on the form?

Any advice would be really appreciated

You don't need an Affidavit of Welfare. There are no dependent children of the marriage and there will be no issues regarding necessary Court Orders relating to children.
