Diverting Mobile Phone to another number

I'm with o2 prepay/Speakeasy but can't change the divert types or the divert number. The only option is to totally cancel all diverts to voicemail and this must be done through customer services.

Does anybody know if it is possible to change the divert options and the number with Vodafone prepay/Ready to Go either through the phone menu or using native GSM codes?

If it is a nokia, you can do this through the 'Call settings' menu on the phone itself

Thanks for the reply soy but this is not something that can be done on the device using menus or GSM codes. Changing diverts for Speakeasy phones has been disabled/not enabled by O2 at a network level. If you try it using the Call Settings menu or GSM codes (on a Nokia or any other phone) you get "Request not completed". Have been trying it on and off on different handsets for years!

Nope. According to it is only possible to divert to voice-mail on Speakeasy and even then , that can only be done by Customer Services. Not great when you consider what seems sto be possible on Vodafone's website.
