Disposing of paint

Need to dispose of quite a large number of cans of paint. There is too much to bring it to one of the council recycling centres. Any recommendations would be gratefully received. The company needing to get rid of the paint is a charity with very little money to spare.

I`m sure someone would want them shopgirl.
What about an ad on somewhere like www.adverts.ie posted in the freebies thread?
Maybe an amateur drama group would be glad of them for backdrop painting etc. Would be a shame to dump them.

Offer it on your local freecycle. Could you not drop it off to the local centre in lots?

Contact a waste disposal company like Greenstar or Vioalia.

Probaby cost more that the paint cost to buy originally though.

Thanks for the replies, they're in a bit of a hurry to get rid of it as they are paying for storage (for that and other things) and need to clear it by the end of January, as they have no money to continue paying for it!
