Not sure if this is for the bargain forum but its more of a question

Booked a taxi using 8202020 and they are giving 20% of the metered fare. I got a set price for the journey and they said when I arrive I will be given the 20% of

Anyone have any experience of this is there any catch or something I am missing or they are not telling me?
 
They had a full-page advert in the Metro free newspaper a couple of weeks ago about that offer. Haven't used them yet though.
