I've heard that the ever reliable ebay can be the source of good value for what it's worth

Can you organise shipping from teh UK? There is virtually nothing in Ireland in terms of electrical discounts on the net, but plenty in the UK. Put the name and model of the appliance you want into kelkoo.co.uk and you will get a lot of info - the only problem will be getting the stuff to ireland.

Does the warranty cover Ireland if the goods are purchased abroad?
