Dirty Plug Hole

one of our plug holes is kinda manky (sorry).. theres a build up of limescale, hair dye, blah blah blah from over the years. Ive poured limescale remover down it, milton etc, scrubbed it with elbow grease. But its still not coming up really clean. i cant change the bloody thing because the sink thingy underneath is grouted to the floor tiles. Stuck solid.

Can anyone recommend something please? Would love a shiny plug hole :D
 
When mine get a bit dirty I put a little bit of thick bleach on them and leave them for a while. Just scrub them with a cloth later. Usually comes up nice and shiny. Milton may not be thick enough and just goes down the plug hole.
 
I use this JML product - I bought it in Debenhams. I used it on my Franke sink which was destroyed from tea stains and it came up like new!
 
I use bleach and thick toilet limescale remover on mine. Get an old toothbrush to scrub it off, leave it as long as possible, works great.
 
Woodies do a range called HG - pretty powerful stuff. One for every kind of chemical warfare requirement.
 
Try putting in some bread soda followed by vinegar, it will froth up, it's also really good for unblocking the sink and even the toilet!
 
have bleach on it as i type, its been on over an hour now. was always using milton and limescale remover, but they just dont bring it up to scratch. will see what the bleach does, old toothbrush is ready & on standby. Imagine that, ill be smiling over shiny plug holes.... how sad is my life
