DIRT tax over 65's

Can you reclaim dirt tax payments for the last number of years. I have only been able to get the Form 54 d Claim for repayment of DIRT for 2008.

What about 2007, 2006 etc?

You can reclaim dirt tax going back 5 years but be aware if your income is over €40000 you cannot reclaim dirt tax.

That's the current year + 4 back years, i.e. 2008,2007,2006,2005.
The forms are

Form [broken link removed]claim for back years
Form DE1 for current and future years ( one for each institution / account )

I am in the process of claiming, I thought each Bank and each account had to have an exemption form.
