I was wondering if anybody help me with a question about mortgage drawdown.
I am buying a new house and will be moving into it in a few months.
Anyway i was thinking about availing of meteors new freecall and texts for life to meteor phones offer as most of my family and friends are with meteor so it would make sense. The service requests at least a €60 direct debit from my account every month and has to be setup by the october 2.
I was wondering if i decided to take up this offer before my mortgage drawdown occurs will it in any way affect my mortgage drawdown.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Having said that entering into an agreement to pay €60 p.m. for mobile services when you are just about to buy a house might not make sense unless you are confident that you can afford this on top of all the other regular outgoings that you'll have with the house purchase, bills etc.
