Difficulty viewing IVR file from RTE

I downloaded an video clip from RTE's website using Realplayer V.11.

When I try to play the file using Realplayer - it just continuously displays a "Loading" image and the file doesn't play.

The file is 22.1MB and I'd like to view it when I don't have an internet connection (this is why I downloaded it, rather than viewed it straight from the website).

Any search I've done on IVR files seem to be related to people wanting to view them in software other than Realplayer - I don't have this problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks for that - but it still doesn't work.

I tried playing it through Kantaris, but the application crashes everytime I try it.

I think I may have done something strange while downloading the clip - I'll just view it while I'm online when I get a chance.
