Developments in Portmarnock/ Malahide

Hi there,

trying to find out if there are more apartment complexes planned for the Portmarnock area preferably near the dart?

i'm living in a one bed in the links at the moment and would like to upgrade to a 2-bed but missed out on the kilns....

I would also be interested in hearing of developments in the malahide area.

i'm not interested in 'the coast' at the moment.

There are plans to develop a significant number of properties accross the road from the Links, as part of the new Fingal Development Plan, but this is probably some way off.

There are still 3 apartments left for sale in Seabrook Manor-not sure of desirability (size, aspect etc). Sherry Fitz are the selling agents. I have no connection with Sherry Fitz, but am an owner-occupier in the development.

many thanks for the update,

checked out some apartments in seabrook a few months back but the size and design (loft) was not suitable.

will keep my eyes peeled for cranes on station road!
