M Marconi2012 Registered User Messages 69 25 Mar 2006 #2 Have you received planning permission? If not i would suggest you seek a Pre-Planning meeting with Clare Co. Council- Planning Department. These are usually held on a weekly basis. Prior application is required. You can also bring your agent (if any) with you. Also check the Clare County Development Plan for details of the authority's policy re holiday homes. Pvt me if you wish Best wishes
