Wondering if anyone can advise me please.
I noticed that the developer of my apartments is listed for stike off with the companies office. The developer from what I can see does not own any apartments but would have claim to the common areas as they have not yet been handed over.
I have contacted our management agent who said they will investigate as they have the ear of the directors of the management company who also are the developers.
Anyone have any experience of this? Any advice?
