In bankruptcy proceedings , if someone is self-employed , does that person need to hand over all there personal/business accounts, revenue details (including bank statements etc etc) to the official assignee ?
I also understand that the OA will review your earnings every 6 months , so i presume one one need to send in a standard financial statement or some other such document ?
