Morning All,
I have a small idea that changes the way the existing generic packaging fo a specific food product range looks and works. The belief being this change will reduce food waste and bring added value and marketability to the supplier/producer.
My hope is that I can licence or sell this idea or at the very worse get some Kudos and put it on my CV.
My question is; Do I look at Design Register or Patent?
I believe if you DR first you can not look at Patent? DR seems affordable to me but my current financial position would not allow me to look at patent?
Any advice, experience or a good wake-up slap around the face greatly appreciated.
