Noticed this didn't seem to make the news tonight. Since yesterday evening, the children that have been waiting on the department to sanction their resource hours (one on one work) will now not get it until further notice. Nephew of mine has only recently been assessed and his parents are awaiting the report but now he will not getting any additional help in school as it is paused. Hoping that this will all be rectified by September.
Just wanted to highlight it as I don't think most parents will be aware of this.
