Thanks, but it is very expensive at 400 Euro. The thing is, I read articles on time management before. I have set times for attending to emails. I do not answer the phone every time it rings, but I let it go to voice mail, and deal with the queries later. I make a list of things to do every evening, so I know what to start in the morning. I try to reconcile lots of statements and allocate lots of payments at a time, rather than doing a few things more often.
I don't take a morning break, but have coffee at my desk. I try not to get into conversations with others during the working day. If I have to go to another part of the building, I make sure I have a number of jobs to do en route.
I am already doing a lot of the 'ideal' things, but I just cannot fit all the work into the day. It is not something wrong with me, as my predecessors and successors in jobs have all said the exact same thing.
I will have to accept that if I want a less stressful job, I will have to try and get an easier job, with less pay. I am already on 28K so I don't really want to earn any less.
One good thing, I dont' want to spend money at all. I go through so much to earn the money, that I don't want to waste it on things I don't need.
