Dell ... Difference in price advertised and price on site

I'm thinking of getting a new PC for the kids and saw the Dell advertisement on page 5 of "Computers in Business" yesterday. (Not sure if this was on any other paper.) The deal I was interested in was the Dell Dimension 2400. The advertised price was €724 including VAT and Delivery. The E-Value code was NPIE4-D1022c.

I went on to the Dell site this morning and had a look at this system. On the web site it has the price as €784!! I'm just wondering is this false advertising??

They advertise the price of a pc with the 1 year collect and return guarantee.

When you enter the website the default is 3 years car.
