Delivery Costs from UK

I know this has been discussed but could not find it when I searched.:(

I normally import from China, US or Germany. Costs from Germany through DHL are unbelievable cheap. Have found a great supplier in the UK and was wondering whats the most cost effective way to deliver large boxes (for example 4ft x 3ft) from the UK to Ireland.

Would be ordering from London possibly twice a month.

city express (I think that is their name) do london only I think. I was to get a letter couriered over to Dublin few years ago and IO remember they were the cheapest. Miught be good to check them out. They were less than half of the main players, DHL, UPS, FedEx etc
