Degree in Organisational behaviour

Hi

I've worked for years and never went to university. I have done various exams and a management diploma in the imi over the years but would love to study for a degree.

I'm particularly interested in why organisations are the way they are and would love to study org behaviour.

Does anyone know if there is such a degree available?

Try DCU, UL and IMI. All have variations on the theme but I'm pretty sure some of them are Organisation Psychology and therefore you need a psychology background to do them. I found one of interest recently at the University of London, Birkbeck College that I liked the look of. Its an MSC though. I'd say with relevant work experience and the other stuff you mentioned, admission wouldn't be a problem.
