Deeds of House

Hi everyone,

we are selling our house and it is sale agreed and everything seems to be on track...

yesterday faxed our mortgage provider and asked them to release the deeds of house to our solicitors and they are doing that now... just wondering how long it takes for it to get to our solicitors so they can draw up the contract..

the people that are buying our house have already everything in please so just really waiting on us, and wondering if we can do it any quicker.

Depends. If the bank wanted to they could release the docs on ATR today, your solicitors would get them tomorrow. Perhaps a call to the securities department and a plea to someone to speed things up for you?
