Debt Consolidation - Personal & Business

Hi folks

I have a secured company loan with 28k remaining & 4.5k overdraft

I have 2 personal loans with 25k remaining

The house mortgage between my wife and 1 has just 18k left and we want to remortgage to do up the house, we are both directors of the company - no longer trading but we are repaying the debt, we are in full time jobs now

I am also looking to consolidate my debts. Can I include company/commercial debt with my remortgage? I have a meeting with AIB next week where my mortgage is.. company loan with Bank of Ireland

So your borrowings are 75.5 K. Most of which is probably on a high interest rate. Particularly the overdraft. You haven't told us the value of your home, nor your earnings. Nor how much the renovations will cost.

Why do you have an overdraft? Surely that ought to be repaid before you go spending any more money? Best of luck in your meeting with AIB.
