My wife has four appointments in the Hermitage clinic under the codes 5611 and 5612. Do you have to pay daycase fees for the four visits or just the one. Control 600 connect is our insurance policy with Laya. Thanks.
In these situations it is probably best to check this out with Laya directly. In my situation with VHI I always get clearance also as they are very strict.
