has anyone ever dealt with this company for bathroom furniture ?

i made an order with them recently and nearly a week later , nothing has arrived despite a promise of next day delivery , id have had it from australia quicker , customer service is shockingly awful when you ring up , ranges from utterly clueless to completely indifferent

im left wondering are they legit at all ?

I bought a full bathroom and other bits and bobs off them last year. I must say I was very happy with them. I had shopped around to three other sellers of the particular brand of goods we wanted and they were the cheapest. We didn't buy everything at once but they gave us the same discount even after their sale ended on everything we bought.

One item was delayed and they didn't call me when it did arrive I had to call them and was told oh yes that came in 2 days ago which was a bit annoying. Other than that from my experience I'd recommend them.

I found the manager to be very helpful but can't for the life of me remember her name - try and get talking to her if I was you.
 
ive never seen such lousy customer service in my entire life as from this crowd , pure spoofers in my experience
 
I work in the construction industry. Davies are a market leader in supplying sanitaryware in the commercial sector. I would guess that bathroom furniture for a one-off house wouldn't be their top priority.
 
Most of the small guys, and indeed the big guys all go through Davi's. They are one of, if not the biggest sanitary supplier to Dublin.
