I read something over the weekend about a couple that are taking Danske Bank to court becasue their variable rate is much higher than what it should be compared to the low ECB rate at the moment.
I only read it briefly and did not get any of the details.
Can anyone (Brendan?) give any further details on whether they may be succesful in this and if it will have implications for other Danske Bank variable mortgage holders?
