Dangerous Driving

Was caught by a guard for dangerous driving a few months back. kinda bypassed an island, wasnt so much dangerous in my opinion, more hurried but admittedly illegal.

guard said he didnt have penalty points book on him at the time or else he would have landed me with 4.

he also said id have to explain in court.

haven't heard anything yet.

any1 have any idea what ramifications are if i was summons????

sounds like possible disqualification if convicted of dangerous driving.

I thought it was 5 penalty points for being convicted of dangerous driving

Dangeroud driving carries a disqualification. if you are charged with dangerous driving, speak with a solicitor and try to arange a plea bargain to either careless driving which carries 5 points or undue care and attention, which is only a fine.

Summons must be served for dangerous driving. This could take up to 8 months.
 
You kinda bypassed an island? Was the island moving and you had to swerve to avoid it (fake left and go right kinda thing)?
 
Traffic island or another bigger type, Tory Island, Isle of Man?

Could you give me a heads up if you're ever driving in my area so that I can stay indoors until you've passed? :(
