We have a badly plastered exterior wall that needs to be kept well painted and water sealed to keep out damp. Some plaster was replaced 35 yrs ago. Is there any better finish now than yet another 'good' paint job that can be applied on top of exisiting plaster? I might consider exterior insulation of this wall but cannot do full house so limited use.
