Hi, have been a landlord for about 6 yrs now & have never withheld deposit before.
Just a quick question..... if tenants have broken locks on double glazed windows (4 so far fixed by me at cost of €350, now another 2 have to be fixed)
who is liable for this? Never had problems with the locks before these tenants moved in, they have been tenants with me for 3 yrs now.
