Cycle to work scheme

Have just availed of the above scheme and was wondering if it can only be availed of once, or can it be done every year (Have road bike and want to get a mountain bike next year)

This is a bit cheeky but I'll ask in anyway: I've 3 companies (all trading) can I use the scheme for each of the companies????

It can only be availed of every 5 years. It is referenced by your PPS number, so cannot be done through multiple companies.
